Attend the conference for FREE by volunteering!

Deadline is September 15, 2025.

Spots are limited. We will need volunteers on October 4-5 for the following tasks: set up, presenter transition, videography, registration table, cup show, takedown/clean up, and other. Standard Registrants will be required to work 5 hours total, and students will be required to work 2 hours total. Volunteers will be contacted after sign-up and prior to the conference to determine tasks and times.
