CALL FOR VENDORS………

We are looking for vendors to promote their businesses, arts organizations, and university/college programs. We want vendors to sell tools, products, pottery, and distribute information to the attendees at the Indiana Clay Conference. Applications available until September 7, 2023 or until all vendor spaces are filled.

Vendor applications are now open for the 3rd Biennial Indiana Clay Conference held on October 7-8, 2023. The conference is hosted by Indiana University - Bloomington, in partnership with, Purdue University Fort Wayne, and the Michiana Pottery Tour.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to all U.S. residents 18 years or older. All businesses, non-profit organizations (colleges, universities, community art centers, etc.), individual artists, and artist collectives/guilds are welcome to apply.

BENEFITS: Vendors will receive one complimentary ticket to the conference.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Payment for booth is required in order to complete your application

  • Email proof of 501c3 status (if applicable) and 1 high resolution logo of your organization to use in our promotional materials to indianaclayconference@gmail.com. Include ICC Vendor Application in the subject line of the email.

  • Vendor tables must be manned for entire conference (we are working on volunteers to give vendors a break if needed). This will be confirmed closer to the conference.

BOOTH SIZES & PRICES:

  • Single 10 x 10 Space (includes one 8 foot table) $350

  • Double 10 x 20 Space (including two 8 foot tables)  $550

  • Single 10 x 10 Space for Non-Profits (includes one 8 foot table) $250

IMPORTANT DATES: Applications can be submitted until September 7, 2023. Email updates sent to all vendors by Sept. 30, 2023 with table location at the Monroe Convention Center and other information. All booth contents must be removed by Friday Oct. 8, 2023 before 7pm (time is tentative, the exact time will be communicating in the information email sent out on Sept. 30th).

SALES & COMMISSIONS: All sales and commissions are to be handled by the vendors. No commissions will be collected by the Indiana Clay Conference.
